Bishop Ernest Folston, Jr. is the senior pastor of Kingdom Christian Fellowship International, Inc. in Sanderson, Florida. Bishop Folston faithfully preaches, teaches, pastors, ministers, and inspires everyone to be reconciled to God and become all that God has ordained them to be.

Barely graduating from high school with a 1.5 grade point average, at the age of 17 Bishop Folston married the love of his life Dorothy. The following year they had their first child together. Soon after, Bishop Folston was drafted into the United States Army where he would have an opportunity to go to college, later receive an honorable discharge as a military officer. Prior to becoming a disciple of Christ, Bishop Folston lived a life addicted to drugs and alcohol. God pricked his heart and he never was the same. Miraculously, God saved Bishop Folston and freed him from drug and alcohol addiction. He joined himself to a local Church where he would receive water baptism and his first Sunday School book. Like the Apostle Paul’s instructions, he devoured the word of God like a baby needing milk. He read the Sunday School books, bibles, concordances, and commentaries at home, church. Within two years Bishop Folston became a Bible Study teacher and deacon. As a deacon he laid hands on the sick and also preached. When Bishop Folston wasn’t studying the bible, he was playing academic catch up in the sciences and mathematics. In 1979, Bishop Folston received his Pharmacy degree from the University of Florida.

Bishop Folston established Kingdom Christian Fellowship International, Inc. Consisting of various ministries, Kingdom Christian Fellowship International, Inc. serves and ministers to Baker, Union, Columbia, Duval, Union and Alachua Counties in Florida, as well as the nation and world. It is a growing, maturing interracial, bi-lingual, and non-denominational ministry of reconciliation that seeks to empower the body, soul, and spirit. Bishop Folston is submitted to Bishop Vaughn McLaughlin of Potter's House International Ministries of Jacksonville, FL. Wherein Bishop Folston is a member of Covenant Fellowship International.

Bishop Folston’s wife of over 38 years, “Mother” Dorothy M. Folston, is God’s perfect helpmeet. Her love, care, and commitment are an inspiration to her husband and those associated with the ministry. Bishop and Mother Folston have three children: one daughter, & two sons; and several grandchildren.
