a.Provide church events to attract people, introduce them to Christ and develop them as a disciple of Jesus Christ (worship services, special musical presentations, sports activities, food festivals, balls, banquets, carnivals, retreats, etc.)
b.Follow up on newcomers and build good relationships to network them into the fellowship and life of the church and bond them to the church.
3.Teach the Word of God to ground new Christians and strengthen all Christians in the faith.
